The Pop is a mixed-use residential and retail building located in Bothell, WA. The five-story, 118-unit building includes 12,500 SF of ground-level retail, home to Birch Tree Academy, a STEM-based preschool.
The building is named after Harold “Pop” Keeney, Bothell’s first football coach. Located near the Sammamish River slough and the Burke Gilman Trail. The eco-friendly building is designed to achieve U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold certification, with flooring and carpet that meets the higher standards of improved air quality, low-VOC paint, Energy Star appliances and separate heating zones by space.
