Plans haven’t changed much since the prior design review last summer: 245 units; about 6,400 sf of retail, commercial and/or restaurant space; and 164 parking stalls. The project will target LEED Gold certification. The 17th floor is mostly amenities: a lounge, club room, entertainment nooks and a very large landscaped roof deck. The roof will have unobstructed views west to Pier 55 and Elliott Bay. All the decks and terraces will total around 19,200 sf. Total project size, including the parking, is about 357,600 sf.
No start date has been announced, though GGLO’s project notes indicate a start date later this year, with completion in late 2022. Residents might be able to move in during early 2023, if that schedule holds.
