The project will gain extra floor area by participating in the city’s Living Building Challenge Program. Various green/healthy features include public art, a children’s play area, a water-retention garden at grade and other energy-efficient features. There may also be rooftop solar panels. Design changes from the last design review, in October, are minor. The facade now has more contrasting colors and textures. Windows have gained darker, more pronounced definition. Some of the offset widow bays in the podium, facing Cedar, are now less angled.
