Wine Walk Row, a collection of wine tasting rooms and food offerings in spaces, located in The Schoolhouse District in Woodinville is adding additional wineries to its roster. Artisan winery L’Ecole No. 41 along with Montinore Estate and Landlines Estates are set to join the space at The Schoolhouse District this summer. Other wineries coming to Wine Walk Row include Valdemar Estates and McQueen Champagne Bar.
The 5-acre district includes a 264-unit residential community called District Flats; the restored historic Schoolhouse No. 23, which is the future home of Walla Walla Steak Co. & Crossbuck Brewing; Wine Walk Row; and additional ground-level retail space leased to local businesses, including Ethan Stowell’s Ballard Pizza Kitchen and Lisa Dupar’s Cafe Dupar. The project opened last fall with the apartments, retail and renovated schoolhouse. Apartments were built by GenCap Construction. GGLO was the architect for the entire project.
