The Waverly wins 2023 Multifamily Executive Award

The Waverly, a 374-unit mixed-use apartment tower in South Lake Union, has been honored with a merit award in the High-Rise Category of the 2023 Multifamily Executive Awards.

The 28-story tower was developed by Greystar, designed by Weber Thompson, and Interior Design by GGLO, with the aim of bringing “affordable luxury” to the area. The high-rise has a densely programmed rooftop deck with indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Amenities include a unique art gallery/“living room” on the building’s ground level, co-working spaces, yoga room, rooftop deck and lounge, boardroom, fitness center, rooftop speakeasy bar, and a futsal court. The rooftop level has both indoor and outdoor areas to work, relax or enjoy time with friends. The lobby amenity space includes a dedicated co-working area framed by large glass windows that look out to the streetscape.
